Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Vaulty, we prioritize your privacy and strive to maintain a secure and transparent environment. We want to ensure you have full control over your data and understand how it can be managed and deleted.

Data Collection & Storage

No Automatic Collection

Vaulty does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information. The only information we may receive is through direct communication, such as emails sent to our support team.

Local Storage

Your files are stored directly on your device. You can export these files from Vaulty and restore them to more generally viewable areas of your device, such as the built-in gallery app.

Google Drive Backups

If you've enabled Google Drive backup, your files are stored in your personal Google Drive account. These backups are controlled by you and can be managed directly through your Google Drive interface.

How to Delete Your Data

1. In-App Deletion

  • Items moved to trash can be restored if needed

  • Set automatic deletion periods for trashed items

  • Permanently delete items from the trash view

2. Google Drive Backup Deletion

  • Access your Google Drive account

  • Locate and delete Vaulty backup files

  • Changes sync automatically with connected devices

3. Communication History

To request deletion of any email communications with our support team, please contact us from the same email account used for the correspondence. We will process your request promptly, subject to any legal retention requirements.
